我的搜索方式是联想式的,浏览方式也是非常tag,顺着吕欣欣的博客本来是要找个叫“keso”的;

反正是闲着,隔行如隔山,才知道keso的blog是IT业里每天必看的blog,也有人象在BBS里那样开keso善意的玩笑

主要想找这个人是做什么的,有KESO提到的一个老外(D. Keith Robinson)然后在D. Keith Robinson的主页下找到了这个BLOG:http://www.successful-blog.com/ , 大致浏览了一下,我想这会对blog marketing 有用,至少里面的文章可以看做是blog marketing时的一种行事准则,在这里摘一下我今天看到的首页:

Commenting and discussion, to me anyway, are the “killer feature” of most blogs. They’re what make the medium special and different. Blogging is best when it’s a two way discussion.

Most bloggers who allow commenting, at one time or another, will have to deal with negative feedback. Sometimes this comes in the form of comments. It’s inevitable and it doesn’t have to be a bad thing.

I’ve gotten my share of disparaging comments and I know how bad it can make you feel. I remember a time I worked my ass off for what I thought was a great, very well thought-out post with a positive message. I thought for sure I’d have a great discussion and that my readers would really jive with my message. I was wrong and I was inundated with negative comments. It really upset me, but in the end it turned out to be a positive, educational experience.

Over the years I’ve thought quite a bit about how to handle negative comments and I think I’ve got some great tips that might be of help to y’all.

Questions about Burnout and Writer’s Block

Teja asks:

Do ever feel like you are ever burnt out? Or do your own tips on beating writer’s block help beat that?

I actually feel burnt out quite often. One of the reasons why I’ve posted on the subject is because I think I’ve come up with some pretty good ways to combat burnout. As you know I’ve got lots going on and I’m a fairly creative person. Burnout is something that is inevitable and unavoidable. There really is no getting around it.

Another quick tip on burnout: Writing about it, blogging my tips and tricks and all that, is actually really therapeutic as well. When I get an e-mail from someone letting me know I’ve helped them with burnout, it actually refreshes me as well. Strange huh?

As far as writers block goes. Those tips do help with burnout, and sometimes it takes just one good post or completion of one task to get over it. All the tips I posted I’ve used and they all work. In fact, I actually use many of those techniques on a regular basis. They’re not just for getting past writers block.

How Often Should You Post?

Knowing (or trying to figure out) how often to post to your blog is one of the most common questions many bloggers have. It’s a hard question to answer and it really depends on the kind of blog you’re writing and who your audience is. There are as many answers to the question as there are bloggers out there.

Basically what you need to do is figure out what works best for your own situation. And there are lots of factors that go into finding that optimum frequency of posting. I’m afraid I don’t have a “one-size fits all” answer for you, but I’d like to discuss some of the options and the pros and cons of those options. As well, I’d love to get your take on this age-old blogging question.

既然有http://www.successful-blog.com/,那就一定有http://www.successfulblog.com/,不过http://www.successfulblog.com/http://successkeys.blogspot.com转接过去的,要用代理才可以看得到(如果你还不会用代理,那就不要做网络营销了)

我介绍一个非常好的代理列表网站http://www.checker.freeproxy.ru/checker/last_checked_proxies.php ,因为上面的代理地址都标明elite的,就不用你再检验了,其它代理站还做不到这一点,再多代理资源也是垃圾,挂二级代理,用“代理甭猎手”腾讯的“TT浏览器”操作一点都不麻烦。

不做提交?其实提交不复杂,不过可以说他们的服务不到位,如果我要他们做好后让我来检测呢?我想他们也不会愿意的~~~ 我想了一下:RSS, XML, Atom, OPML这四种格式是必做的。

这个价格比一个RSS FEEDS制作软件贵了,我正问做那个软件的公司,是否他们的软件能够做我的公司网站那样的动态网的RSS FEEDS, 能做哪些格式的~~~

Integrated Marketing

1. Always put your URL on letterhead, business cards and in e-mail signatures--wherever potential visitors are likely to see it.

2. If your employees wear uniforms, put your URL on them so every one of your customers sees a walking advertisement of your Web site.

3. Include your URL on all promotional items you give away--coffee mugs, T-shirts, keychains and so on. A daily reminder is a good way to get people to visit your site.

4. Be sure to include your Web address in all press releases you send out to members of the media. By having it at their fingertips, they may be more likely to include it in articles they write about your company.

5. Don't forget to put your Web address in your Yellow Pages ad. That's one place people see it every day.

6. Do you own any company vehicles? Be sure to put your URL on the side of any car or truck that's out there delivering your products.

7. In addition to listing your toll-free number, put your Web address on the bottom of every page of your catalog so customers have easy access to your online store.

14. Create your own link exchange by asking sites complementary to yours (but that don't compete) to put your link on their pages and you'll do likewise.

15. Hook up with Web affiliates--hundreds of sites that all link their traffic to yours--and get visitors from sites with related content.

16. Get active in online discussion groups and chats and always include your URL in your signature. (Don't do any hard selling, though. Most groups frown on such behavior and will think you're spamming the group.)

17. Any time someone orders a product from your site, include a catalog with their order to get them coming back for more.

18. Inspire your visitors to spread the word for you with viral marketing techniques, from the aforementioned newsgroup participation to including an "e-mail this link" on every page of your site.

19. Not sure what your customers want? Try creating an online survey to get their crucial opinions on how well your site is selling to them.

20. When creating your own ads, make sure you understand who you're targeting, the goal of your campaign, and how to creatively use the ad confines to get viewers to click on your ad, not away from it.

21. Use other selling venues like online classified advertising or online auction sites to increase exposure to your site and products.
